GYFTC8A53 (steel strand reinforced self-supporting overhead, loose sleeve layer twisted filling, inner protection of aluminum polyethylene, outer protection of steel polyethylene bonded sheath, 8-shaped outdoor self-supporting optical cable for communication) the structure of the optical cable is that the single-mode or multi-mode optical fiber is sheathed in the inner filling waterproof composite loose sleeve pipe made of high modulus plastic. The center of the cable core is a non-metallic reinforced core. For some cable cores, the non-metallic reinforced core is also extruded with a layer of polyethylene (PE). The loose tube (and filling rope) is wound on the central reinforcing core to form a compact round cable core. The gap in the cable core is filled with water resisting agent. The inner protection is coated with plastic aluminum tape and then coated with plastic polyethylene sheath. After the outer protection steel tape is wound longitudinally, the steel strand and sling polyethylene sheath are added at the same time.
